Daniel Adair Kaylor, Banner Bearer

Selected to march at the head of the commencement procession, the Banner Bearer represents the fellows and seniors of Ezra Stiles College by carrying the residential college flag during University Commencement ceremonies.

Marlee Marie Kelly and Kendall Easley, Student Marshals

Selected by the residential college to lead and represent the senior class, the Student Marshals accept Yale College diplomas from the University President on behalf of their undergraduate colleagues.

Hannah Jinsun Lee and Miranda Noel Rector, Winners of the Heinrich von Staden Cup

Honoring the Head of Ezra Stiles College from 1980 to 1986, the Heinrich von Staden Cup is awarded to one or more seniors who have most consistently challenged the social and intellectual conscience of the College.

Hafsa Abdinasir Ali Abdi and Jackson Fuller Cole, Winners of the Ernest F. Thompson Cup

The Ernest F. Thompson Cup, traditionally called the Dean’s Cup, was established in 1967 as a gift of the senior class in honor of Ernest F. Thompson, who served as the Dean of Ezra Stiles from 1963 to 1973. It is awarded annually to the senior or seniors who, in the judgment of the Head of College and the Dean, have made the most significant contributions to the life of Ezra Stiles College.

Amalia Ono and Tiana Tianru Wang, Winners of the Paul H. And Brigitte P. Fry Cup

Honoring a former Head and Associate Head of Ezra Stiles College, the Paul H. and Brigitte P. Fry Cup is awarded to one or more seniors who have made the greatest contribution to the arts in the College.

Michael Y Huang and John Mori, Winners of the Rita Lipson Cup

Named after a former Dean of Ezra Stiles College (1982-1992) who remains a Stiles Fellow, the Rita Lipson Cup is awarded to one or more seniors who have taken the best advantage of the opportunities offered by the College, as shown by intellectual growth, personal maturity, and active consideration for others.

Marcelina Kubica and Michaela Papallo, Winners of the John E. Link, III Prize

The John E. Linck, III Prize was dedicated in memory of a member of the Ezra Stiles Class of 1986. It is awarded to the senior or seniors who contributed most uniquely to the intellectual good of the College, and to the quality of friendship in the College.

Jonathan M Li and R. Zach Wright, Winners of the Herbert M. Atherton Cup

Honoring a former Dean of Ezra Stiles College who served in the college from 1973 to 1982, and the long tradition of intramural excellence in the College, the Herbert M. Atherton Cup is awarded each year to one or more seniors for outstanding contributions to Ezra Stiles intramural athletics.

Thomas Gary Atlee and Max Schlenker, Winners of the Wilmanns-Lidz Cup

In recognition of the importance of the work of community building and supporting fellow students, the Wilmanns-Lidz Cup is awarded each year to one or more seniors whose presence has most clearly enhanced the morale of the College.

Christiana Hart, Isabel R. Rooper, and Laura Street, Winners of the Camille Lizarríbar Prize

Named after a former Dean in Ezra Stiles, the Camille Lizarríbar prize is awarded to one or more seniors who “have offered both support and enthusiasm to our community in ways that have enhanced the generosity of spirit so central to Ezra Stiles College.”

Lola Hourihane and Annabelle Anrei Pan, Winners of the Richard B. Sewall Cup

Named after the first Head of Ezra Stiles who served from 1962 to 1970, and sometimes referred to as the Head of College Cup, the Richard B. Sewall Cup is awarded each year to one or more seniors for outstanding scholarly achievement and creative promise.
